Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Charges of orders below Rs 1000/- will not be refund if order is delivered/ attempted to deliver.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@askatingmonk.com or  you can get it exchange from any authorized A skating monk store (except factory outlets) located near to you. After 15 days of delivery we will not be able to accept return/exchange request.

Offer and Schemes/Voucher Redemption

A skating monk reserves the right to change/modify/add/delete to the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional schemes (including but not limited to refer-a-friend and other types of vouchers) it brings to market from time to time. A skating monk at its discretion can withdraw a particular scheme from the website/market. The Terms and Conditions Governing Each Contest and Promotion Differ from one another. Shipping

A skating monk endeavours but does not guarantee to deliver the products to customers within 2-3 days from the day of close of sale depending upon the shipping location. The factors include delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters‘ strike etc. A skating monk will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the goods howsoever caused. If you fail to take delivery of the goods, A skating monk may at its discretion charge you for the additional shipping cost.

Important Note:

At the time of taking the delivery of the items you ordered, please ensure that the product received is undamaged, is properly packed and acknowledge the same to the delivery person. In case the box looks damaged or tempered with, please do not take the delivery of the product.
